Product Returns - Return Material Authorization (RMA)

The Return Material Authorization (RMA) is used for returning items that have been determined or suspected to be faulty.

Notice: The authority to initiate a RMA should be closely monitored within your organization. If an item is returned to DRS Codem Systems, Inc. and ...
- is within the warranty period for the product and is found to be defective, no charges will be incurred.
- is within the warranty period for the product and no defect is found, a $250.00 evaluation fee will be incurred. Any item under warranty DRS Codem Systems will repair and or replace within thirty (30) business days of receipt.
- is out of the warranty period for the product a $250.00 evaluation fee will be incurred. Any defects found may incur additional charges. Any item NOT under warranty DRS Codem Systems will notify the customer of the cost to repair within thirty (30) business days of the receipt.
This notice supercedes any warranty found in any
DRS Codem Systems or Codem Systems manual or publication.
