There are a wide range of situations in which personnel with high level security clearances need to communicate with personnel located outside of a secure network environment. A secure conference bridge gives mobile users the agility to talk securely to a number of parties at the same time. For example, a tactical operation may require dozens of conference calls between individuals in a wide range of permanent and remote locations communicating with wired and wireless endpoints.
The Tactical Interface Gateway (TIG) provides a secure interface to fully protect any transmission that travels into and out of a secure (RED Enclave) environment. The ISTE-R module enables point-to-point encryption between a secure terminal, such as a STE-R, in the enclave, and a remote secure device accessible via a public, private, or tactical network.
Organizations can use the TIG to instantly set up secure communications between individuals located anywhere in the network.
