Spectrum Management / Spectrum Monitoring
DRS Codem Systems, Inc. supplies turnkey spectrum management and spectrum monitoring systems for regulatory and law enforcement agencies providing licensing, ITU compliance, and location of interfering signals
Spectrum Monitoring Application Software (SPECTRA)
DRS's SPECTRA software provides the capability to monitor and measure signals in the Radio Frequency (RF) Spectrum in any frequency range. The frequency range is dependent upon the Spectrum Analyzer or Receiver selected for use with the system. SPECTRA can interface to a variety of Spectrum Analyzers. This software also interfaces to DRS's CDF-9200 DF Processor, to provide device command and control and bearing information for tuned signals of interest. Bearings are plotted on the map as well as fixed or mobile site location, to allow transmitters to be located.

EagleNet Spectral Monitoring & Location System
The EagleNet Spectral Monitoring & Location System is a networked V/UHF (with optional HF) collection and direction finding (DF) system that provides a geographically distributed system capability for Spectrum Monitoring and Spectrum Management.
The system consists of a central control site, and any number of regional nodes each consisting of multiple remote fixed and mobile asset sites with connectivity via TCP/IP networking protocol.

Spectrum Monitoring and Emitter System
In our modern age of ever-expanding means of communications, Radio Frequency (RF) spectrum continues to become overpopulated with traffic causing interference within assigned frequency ranges. This interference may cause interruption of vital transfer of critical information; whether the information is voice or data. In order to eliminate unwanted or interfering transmissions, a tool is needed to monitor, detect and identify the unwanted transmissions.
DRS's Spectrum Monitoring and Emitter Location System provides the capability to monitor the Radio Frequency (RF) Spectrum from 5 KHz to 40 GHz with emitter location capability from 0.5 MHz to 40 GHz range. The Spectrum Monitoring and Emitter Location System consists of antennas, receivers, tuners, spectrum analyzers, direction finders (DF), communication devices, computers and other hardware/software tools that provides an integrated netted system meeting specific customer requirements.
