The CTM‑100/B is a compact CDI‑NRZ conversion device used to extend mission critical circuits such as SIPR/NIPR and VOIP routers, multiplexers, and VTC. Part of the CTM‑100 Modem family, the CTM‑100/B offers an external clock source (GPS clock input), balanced CDI interface, additional data rates including 384, 768, and 1544 Kb/s as well as an improved user interface.
The CTM‑100/B features built‑in BERT testing, providing the same testing functionality as an external test set. Software loopback capability allows users to instantly verify the integrity of the link.
Applications
- Supports both channel and bulk encryption network requirements
- Allows greater flexibility in the placement of tactical communications assets in relation to the TOC or command post by extending at rates up to 4608 Kb/s and at distances up to two miles
- Interfaces with KIV‑7, KIV‑19, KG‑84A, and KG‑194A cryptographic systems
